Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lulu Berries (the "Service"). By signing in and using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service because your employer set up an account, your employer's own agreement with us (if any) also applies, and your employer is responsible for your access to their company's account.
Accounts
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — we have no visibility into or control over your Google password. The first person to create a company account becomes its administrator and can invite others, assign roles, and manage the company's use of the Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights
- Attempt to access another company's data, or circumvent the access controls that keep companies' data separate
- Upload malicious files, or attempt to disrupt or overload the Service
- Use the social media publishing feature to post content the connected account's owner hasn't actually approved through the Service's own review workflow
- Reverse-engineer or resell the Service without authorization
Your content
You and your company retain ownership of the projects, tasks, files, and other content you put into the Service. You're responsible for having the rights to any content you upload or publish through the Service, including anything published to social media accounts through the client review workflow.
Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on third-party platforms (Google, social media platforms, AI providers) depend on those platforms' own availability and terms.
Termination
A company's administrator can deactivate individual accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
